Gordon is the best! He sold my house in Brookside and helped me with all the many details of repairing a 50 year-old home, and negotiated with the buyers and myself in a very professional manner. Also, I had a specific neighborhood I wanted to move into in south Tulsa. The home he found was perfect for us, and it was only the third house we looked at! I cannot say enough about how great Gordon has been to work with. I moved to Tulsa about a year ago, and a new colleague put me in touch with him as I began looking for a home. While I was still living in Minnesota, Gordon expertly guided me through buying a great house in Brookside, and went above and beyond the call of duty to line up inspections, painting, utilities, and closing remotely. A year later, I decided to sell the house and move in with my new husband. Gordon had an agent friend who owns properties on my street, and showed him the house on the day it listed. I had an offer on my house VERY close to target price on the day we put it on the market! It is obvious that Gordon has great relationships in the real estate world and is very well respected in the community. My husband and I are planning on using him to sell our current house, and buy our first one together within the next year.

In short, Gordon provided outstanding and considerate representation of us and our home. Gordon prepared very attractive photos of the inside and outside of our home for the sale website of our home in one of the very popular areas in Tulsa of high end priced homes. The photos were used for a very attractive sales brochure for open houses with well written sales points for each room of our 1929 three story home including a description of our extensive renovations made since we purchased the home in 1999. Gordon is extremely personable and likeable. He was always honest in his analyses of the home's value and marketability and in his marketing approach which he fully explained to us in our first interview with him. While Gordon had numerous listings while selling our home, he always was immediately available when we called with questions or wanted to meet in person to discuss the on-going sales process of our home. He kept us apprised weekly of the sales activity in a one square mile area of our home which was very helpful and assuring to us. We, of course, were very pleased when he found a buyer who paid our listed price. Although we previously did not know Gordon, he came highly recommended by good friends of ours and now, we are pleased to say, he and his wife have become good friends of ours who we look forward to seeing on a social basis in the future.
